I believe in your ability to find your own answers and solutions, and I'm here to support you along the way and explore the challenges in your life. Sometimes we get stuck or lost on our journey in life, and that’s ok. Whether you’re grappling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or life transitions, I offer a compassionate and collaborative partnership. I use an integrated whole-person approach to understand who you are and what makes you, you. There is no perfect modality or a “one size shoe fits all” approach to therapy.
I believe in the inherent worth and potential of every individual. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear. I understand that sharing one's vulnerabilities can feel challenging, and it's in this openness that the healing we are looking for truly begins.
