I provide psychotherapy and psychoanalysis to adult individuals and couples in-person near NoMad in Manhattan, and in Prospect Lefferts Gardens in Brooklyn — in addition to virtually online. I’m licensed to practice in both New York State and in the District of Columbia. My areas of focus and training include: relationships & communication; sex & sexuality; LGBTQ+ experiences; complex childhood experiences & relational/developmental trauma; dissociative & personality disorders.
Parts of ourselves are unconscious or dissociated—yet they shape and impact our thoughts, feelings, actions, and relationships. Working together over time helps bring those (un)known aspects into clearer, more understandable awareness, giving you more choice and control in how you live and relate.
I have extensive experience working with queer, gay, lesbian, bi, straight, trans, nonbinary, cis, poly, monogamous, and nonmonogamous people — in addition to people of various ethnic and racial identities, people in recovery, and people of various socioeconomic backgrounds. The wide diversity in human experiences is what I value the most in my work.
