My role is to help you explore, discover, and express your feelings, thoughts, and experiences in an open, nonjudgmental, and curious space.
While we identify patterns and themes in your personal and relational past, we focus on the present and identify ways you can make sustainable changes going forward. Together we figure out what will work best for you.
I have extensive experience working with queer, gay, lesbian, bi, straight, trans, cis, poly, monogamous, and nonmonogamous people — in addition to people of various ethnic and racial identities, people in recovery, and people of various socioeconomic backgrounds. The wide diversity in human experiences is what I value the most in my work.
