I began my career in counseling in 1976, on a crisis line in Fresno CA. Since then I've worked in drug rehab programs, youth centers, human services departments, foster care agencies and private practice counseling.
My treatment approach is specific to each client's needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Short Term Problem centered counseling, or long term psychotherapy for in-depth insight into your personal history. I specialize in relationship issues, and discovering motives, options, and changes you want to make to improve your life and your relationships.
I work with couples and individuals who are involved in the struggles of managing those areas of their lives that bring them the most joy or the most pain. I look forward to being a part of your journey to create a more rewarding life.
