If you’re tired of fighting these battles alone, I want to help. As a mental health therapist, my goal is to help clients overcome trauma, depression, anxiety, and mood disorders.

I specialize in using skills from Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. For even more specialized circumstances involving trauma, I am trained in EMDR.
