I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor In Oklahoma. I am committed to helping people I work with change their lives for the better by clarifying what is important to them and developing a plan to help achieve it. My approach to therapy is flexible and varied because people are not all identical. We all have different temperaments and comfort zones. I have trained in several different therapy models and use a blend of methods to fit the individual that I'm working with.
I enjoy working with adults, older adolescents, and seniors of various communities and backgrounds. I find that I can work comfortably with anyone who is sincere in their desire to address their issues.
