About
I work with clients in order to help them to find wellness and balance. People often face difficulties with life's challenges, whether it's a temporary struggle or something that has been a long standing problem, I strive to empower my clients to find their own inner resources. We all have our own unique sources of strength and resiliency to deal with difficulties. My goal is to help guide you to your own strength by listening, engaging genuinely, and providing practical tools that you can use in your every day life.
I provide counseling focusing on helping clients with a variety of problems, most often those relating to self-esteem, depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, trauma, couples counseling, and recovery from addiction. I also offer clinical supervision to therapists who might benefit from this.
As unique individuals we often have specialized needs, and if I cannot treat an issue myself I will refer you to a colleague who can help.
