I am particularly focused on helping people who suffer from chronic shame, self-criticism, anger, and anxiety.
My approach to therapy is called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), an extension of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Its aim is to empower people to face challenges, overcome difficulties, and live a life with purpose and meaning. ACT has a good set of scientific studies supporting its effectiveness with a variety of problems.
My aim is to empower individuals to create richer & meaningful lives by clarifying their deepest desires for how they want to live. Helping individuals learn the skills to handle painful thoughts & feelings effectively; and to break free from self- defeating habits & destructive behaviors.
