It is OK to not feel OK! As for me, I am a retired combat Veteran and mental health clinician that uses an empathetic approach with a trauma-informed lens that encourages clients to work on their therapeutic goals through a collaborative process. I enjoy using the components of CBT, DBT, and mindfulness as a means to harness and channel our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
