I specialize in: Traumas are my main area of focus. I am trained in and use two evidence based therapies. Couples Counseling, using a very interactive approach and assignments. Addictions are another area of specialty. Whatever stage of change you are in, I can assist you in the process.
I am trained in using Electro-Cranial feedback for anxiety and depression. Just to have fun and do "Something Different", even with my adults, I might pull out my hand puppets to communicate better! It is much harder to argue with a puppet on your hand!
