Hello! I enjoy working with clients of all ages, from young people to seniors. I am experienced in treating anxiety, depression, trauma and stress, grief, parenting issues, relationship distress, religious trauma, LGBTQ relationships & identity, and general life dissatisfaction.
My approach to therapy is what's called Existential-Humanist, which believes all people deserve to be treated with compassion and dignity, and that all people can change and grow given the right circumstances. I believe this happens when people feel truly heard, seen, and validated for who they are and what they've experienced.
