It has been a long-time passion of mine to walk with clients on their journey of self-discovery and to empower their growth and healing. Over the years, I’ve gathered a wide range of tools that have been incredibly impactful in helping clients heal and thrive. From trauma treatment with EMDR, to the transformative work of Couples Counseling in the Gottman Method, to specialized training and experience in Perinatal Mental Health, I’m honored to walk alongside my clients as they progress toward hope, wholeness, and the next chapter of their story.
I’m trained in a variety of therapeutic methods, including the Gottman Method for Couples Counseling, and evidence-based tools from CBT, DBT, ACT, and Narrative Therapy to tailor the work to your needs. Mindfulness practices also play a key role in helping you stay present and connected to yourself as you move through difficult emotions and experiences.
Do you feel stuck? Longing to be the best version of yourself? Struggling to find healing from your past? Is your relationship in need of hope and support? Or maybe the transition to parenthood is bringing up pain that deserves compassion? If you’re ready to take that next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to be there to support you.
