Trauma and autism specialist trained in EMDR, IFS, and DBT. I work with many clients that have complex symptom presentations that have made finding understanding and relief difficult. I help to understand how different biological and environmental factors can overlap to better work with our nervous systems instead of against them. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Level Two (CCTP-II) and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS). I am also specially trained in EMDR, DBT, internal family systems (IFS), and cognitive processing therapy (CPT), all of which are effective in trauma treatment. I utilize all tools available to help connect with ourselves.
