Many clients I work with are experiencing a difficult state of transition and are seeking support to help them through this difficult time. I listen carefully for individual strengths of my clients and help them to get in touch with this part of themselves, while also providing input and feedback that they can try to help them navigate. I am passionate about helping my clients feel more empowered and in control of their emotional responses, and provide direction and access to available resources. Many clients I work with are working professionals and student therapists, while other clients are retired or approaching retirement.
I provide short-term therapy as well as longer-term therapy, whichever is most appropriate. I like to work collaboratively with my clients so that my clients can achieve the goals that they are seeking help with. I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgmental, compassionate safe space where we can discuss what is troubling you most.
If you would like to set up an initial consultation, don't hesitate to reach out. We can schedule a time to talk, either by phone or via Zoom, and I can answer any questions you may have, and I can get a sense of what you are looking for help with. I am usually available for a consultation within the next day or two.
