Now accepting new clients! I provide individual counseling to adults, and specialize in anxiety/depression, ADHD, eating disorders and chronic illness. The stresses of daily life, health management, family, and work/school responsibilities can add up to create overwhelming stress – additional stresses can also come from messages we hear in the media or through social media platforms. Sometimes, these issues can be easier to manage with a little extra help. When you are ready to reach out, help is available.

I use a strengths-based approach, consider the social contexts and environments surrounding the client, and seek to provide a safe and nurturing space to explore life’s challenges. I believe counseling is not 'one size fits all', and combine my eating disorder training with a special interest in counseling adults who also have a diabetes diagnosis.

I am here to provide the support and guidance for you to reach your goals, adapting my approach to meet your needs, while providing a safe, judgement free setting. We will set goals and create strategies to increase your confidence in your ability to manage the multitude of stressors you face daily.
