I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and groups. My main focus areas include treating those with anger management issues, depression and anxiety, trauma, interpersonal conflict and substance abuse. I also love helping my clients to improve mindfulness and self-care. I utilize a variety of therapy methods including CBT, DBT, and EMDR.
