I believe the most important factor in successful therapy is the therapist-client relationship. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders, and have completed Level 1 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and EFT Externship. I am a MN MFT board approved supervisor.
