With over 20 years of experience, dedication and compassion, I will work with you to uncover obstacles and find solutions.
My therapeutic style is active, collaborative, and acceptance-based. Although I've been trained in a variety of methods and models, I believe that the most important aspect of successful therapy is a good connection between therapist and client. That way, we can determine together what the best treatment plan will be for your needs.
My background is in psychiatric settings, so I am comfortable treating depression, bipolar, and anxiety disorders. I also enjoy working with clients who are in recovery, and I have additional expertise with ADD/ADHD in teens and adults. I welcome LGBTQ clients of all ages.
