With over 36 years of clinical experience, I provide insight-oriented psychotherapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, compulsive behaviors, and relationship concerns. Many people come to therapy feeling stuck or discouraged by patterns that continue despite real effort. My approach is psychodynamic and relational. Together we explore how earlier experiences shape current emotions, self-esteem, and relationships.
