As a clinician, I’m highly adaptable and collaborative. Sometimes our work may be proactive and focused on addressing current challenges; other times, we may go deeper to explore the roots of patterns that have been with you for some time.
Having worked as a psychologist for EAPs at the University of California for 10+ years, I am extremely adept at helping people navigate work issues and relational issues in general. I do tend to be more solution-focused, so if you are motivated for change, we can be a great fit.
My approach is both curious and compassionate—I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients and helping them better understand themselves. At the same time, many clients have described me as direct and solution-oriented, which can help create relief and momentum early in the process.
