Experiencing the pain & despair of depression, often feeling confused and misunderstood and anxious about life. Having difficulty coping with stress and feelings you don't understand and being unsure about who you can trust and afraid to seek counselling, and will it help anyway! I understand these feelings, the pain you are going through, and I want to help you obtain the joy that you deserve to feel.
As a psychotherapist with over 25 years experience, I have worked with a vast array of patients and problem areas, providing individual, couples and family therapy. I have specialized in treating adolescent issues and provided play therapy with younger kids. According to your needs, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy.
I will respect your feelings and help you work out problems in a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you will be able to relax and find inner-peace. We will focus on the goals that are important to you, including building healthy relationships. I also serve as an Advocate for kids with Special Ed needs, ensuring their IEP is adequately addressed
