At the Mankind Center, I focus on men’s mental health. I specialize in men who are seeing a therapist for the first time.
I've worked with men in groups and as individuals for over 25 years. My goal is to help you become a better partner, father, citizen, boss, coach, son, mentor, elder and peer. If it means anything to you, I'm 35 years sober, I've been married (and divorced), and I'm the proud dad of two grown kiddos. I collect vintage cars, and backpack around the world.
