I have a relaxed approach that is spiced with humor and education. My goal is to have a comfortable and creative environment to help you make the changes you want to see. I'm big on education and will likely push books, articles, and videos on you; or at least summarize to the best of my ability. I'm also big on self acceptance and self-awareness, using practical mindfulness and personal intelligence as a guide. This means getting to know yourself and your strengths to learn how to use them to help yourself.
I am available to meet online and in person (Tuesdays only) at my La Mesa office.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or to schedule a free 20-minute meeting.

Groups
Online Neurodiversity Group age 18-29

This is an online group for young adults living on the Autistic Spectrum. The goal is to build community connections and friendships while working towards self acceptance and finding harmony in a world with neurotypical expectations. We will cover many topics over time, including exploring self-identity vs imposed identities from culture and family, potential delays in coming-of-age, challenges with stimming, making/keeping friends, sensory overload, self-care, and whatever issues might be current for the groups members at that time.
