I’m a licensed professional counselor providing in person and virtual counseling services to help people in overcoming barriers to employment, trauma, life transitions, addiction, anxiety and depression. I like to create a collaborative relationship to assist people in discovering that their negative self talk can be their worst adversary. I work with couples to assist them in recognizing how they've fallen into patterns of disconnection and how to rebuild their emotional connections by developing new and expanded interaction patterns. As a certified personal trainer, I believe in the mind/body connection for health & healing.
I’m experienced with anxiety, depression, self esteem, career counseling, personal trauma, adjustment to disability, addiction, life transitions, geriatric/seniors and other life conditions. I view myself as a treatment partner to my clients helping them to learn to change their thinking and perceptions of situations to more positive outcomes.
