About
I am a psychotherapist licensed in New York and Connecticut. I work with adolescents struggling with the social and emotional toll brought on or amplified by the pandemic, adults, couples and families struggling with anxiety and depression, relationship issues, workplace problems or simply looking for growth and change. I have seven years of experience providing psychotherapy, and have worked with individuals, couples and families dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, trauma, and physical/verbal/emotional abuse.
My approach is humanistic and person-centered. I am experienced in evidence-based practices (Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to name a few.) I believe everybody is unique and will tailor our work together to meet your specific needs.
I actively work to help you better understand your thoughts and feelings so you can make the necessary changes for a happier, more fulfilling life.
