I approach therapy by meeting clients where they are and identifying goals they want to accomplish. I believe clients are the “captain” of the ship and I am a guide assisting them through murky waters. I am open to exploring past and current events to see how these manifest presently in thoughts and feelings. We can use the past to guide future success!
