Hello! I am so glad you are here and look forward to meeting you. It is my goal to create a safe, comfortable, and relaxing environment for you. I offer both in person and telehealth therapy sessions and have experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, anger problems, bullying, marital problems/divorce, and suicidal/homicidal ideation. I have also worked with clients who have been incarcerated in jail and/or prison.
I strive to start therapy with clients utilizing a client centered approach and understanding what their goals are and why they wanted to start therapy. As we build rapport, I use a variety of approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I also have fidgets and games to use as therapeutic tools as well!
I have over 10 years of experience as a therapist and have worked with clients ranging from 8 to 70 years old. You deserve emotional support with whatever you are experiencing.
