I have been told I am easy to talk to; but there are times when you need more than talk. I also am able to gently guide my clients through the stages of change at their own pace. I use a variety of treatment approaches when working with my clients. I try help my clients realize they are the experts of themselves, and as such they can empower themselves in finding their inner strength. We go on this journey of self-discovery together.
One of my specialties includes addictions of all sorts. I also work with clients struggling with anger management, depression, and anxiety. Grief and loss, including pet loss, is also a specialty of mine. I often find the struggles we go through can be due to a lack of balance in our life. We must learn to find that gray area.
I also work with a variety of mandated clients. I am also qualified to provide Department of Transportation Substance Abuse evaluations. I have recently ventured out to do Telehealth in other States. Currently I am licensed to do Telehealth in Indiana, Utah, Florida and New Mexico. Other States will be added shortly.
