It's important to me that you get the result that you're looking for in therapy. With a warm, approachable style and a deep commitment to helping others, I have been practicing since 2010. Few things surprise me these days because I have been in the field for a while. Fluent in both English and Spanish, I specialize in working with couples as well as individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma. My sessions are known for blending empathy with actionable tools, empowering clients to overcome challenges using strategies based in values, principles, and real-world experience.
In our work together I like to be structured in the beginning where I ask a lot of questions to get a big picture of who you are and I actively look for ways to be helpful. You can expect that structured approach for the first few sessions then I will look to maintain the changes in follow up sessions, as well as, look for new ways to implement changes.
It gives me a lot of satisfaction to see when folks make positive changes in their lives after starting this process.
