About
For over 30 years, I have been working with adults, teens, and adolescents who are having difficulty coping with everyday life due to issues such as fear, anxiety, depression, and emotional disturbances. I also work with people who have behavioral issues, or are experiencing relationship problems, either with family or with peers. During the past three years, I have also worked with Service Members, Veterans, and their families to help them cope with deployment and re-deployment related issues.
My goal is to help you understand your concerns, develop an effective plan of action, then realize your objectives. We will discuss what's troubling you, define what needs to change, and implement a personalized strategies for your progress.
Experience has taught me that individuals have different needs based upon their unique circumstances. So, whether you're trying to cope with a crisis situation, understand and resolve longstanding issues, or are ready to chart a new course in life, I am ready to help you achieve your goals.
