My therapeutic style consists of developing a warm and relaxed environment. In doing so, we can create a strong therapeutic rapport which will allow us to further explore your concerns. I have experience utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities which I tailor to each client. I incorporate modalities such as CBT, MBCT, and client-centered.
