I have been a counselor for over 20 years. During this time, I have had the privilege of working with families, couples, and individuals. My therapeutic style is eclectic. I pull from different counseling theories to make an individualized therapy plan for you and your needs. I believe I am there to help an individual in their area of desired growth.
I offer individual therapy. My main focus is helping those recovering from narcissist, sociopath, or psychopath abuse and religious abuse. I have experience in working with a broad spectrum of issues from trauma, anxiety, grief, narcissist abuse recovery, depression, PTSD, and grief.
