I find with knowledge of self comes peace and healing. My main goal as a therapist is to help my clients feel understood and heard and through that process they will gain a better understanding of self and begin their healing journey. I am eclectic in my therapeutic style as I see each client as an individual with individual needs.
I work with a broad spectrum of issues including ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD. My practice focuses on working with individuals who are suffering or have suffered from narcissistic abuse and/or religious abuse. Helping my clients gain insight on how this abuse works and affects them.
