The human experience can be a complicated journey of great joys and challenges. It is not uncommon for us to feel lost or unsettled during highs and lows. My great passion is to bring a healing perspective to your unique experience. For more than a decade, I have worked with an array of psychological issues. Some of my experience surrounds issues with relationships, work-life balance, anxiety, depression and alcohol/drugs. My clients are from all walks of life, seeking healthy perceptions of themselves or support to work through tough situations.
My background includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology from SIUC and a MA in Clinical Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. From 2012 to 2017, I was the Director of Outpatient Services where I wore many hats as a clinician, supervisor, administrator, mentor, and coach.
