Welcome to RNR Counseling Services LCSW, PLLC! My name is Rich, and I have been a therapist since 2010 and in private practice since 2023. RNR offers appointments from 6p-8p Monday through Thursday and Saturday 9a-1p. I offer expanded hours of availability on some holidays. I offer counseling to people ages 12 and up. I have a lot of experience working with both children and adults. I can help children improve their behavior at home and at school. I enjoy working with both children and adults on coping skills, improving self-esteem, anger management using mindfulness, CBT and elements of DBT to improve client's symptoms.

I approach counseling from a strength-based perspective and provide reassurance and support to clients. I offer a client a safe space to share their story and the ability for them to dictate their treatment goals and potential outcomes. I try to offer a chance for a client within 1 week if needed if the insurance is verified.

I understand life can be stressful and demanding in today's world. I feel that as well. I teach client's mindfulness techniques, communication skills, and more. Techniques that I use in my life. I am empathetic and attentive during sessions and really focus on client's needs during sessions.
