RNR Counseling Services LCSW, PLLC is not accepting any new clients at this time! I can help with school issues, self-esteem, coping skills to reduce anxiety and symptoms of depression as well as ways to manage grief. I offer individual counseling to people 12 and up. I will do some family counseling to address a child's behavior and other family counseling depending on the issue. I am able to offer appointments quickly usually within a week virtually or in-person if I can verify insurance coverage.

My clinical interests include teaching mindfulness techniques, ways to manage grief, self-esteem issues. I offer interactive sessions with children to include some interactive activities and using specific resources with adults and children to address grief, self-esteem, anxiety, depression and more. I believe clients are the expert in their lives.

I understand life can be challenging from work, school, social media and watching things on television. I feel that as well. I practice mindfulness and use self-care techniques to help me in my life. I understand counseling is very personal experience my office is in a quiet and peaceful building.
