I wish to create a safe space to explore patterns and develop a new understanding that will allow for intentional changes in life.
Clinical training in sex and relationship therapy, and trauma provides an understanding into the issues that most bring folks to therapy. Generational patterns in relationships are hard to recognize and repair alone, as are sources of physical and emotional pain.
