Through an Internal Family Systems approach, I help clients navigate thoughts, feelings and beliefs that have been important and protective to their systems. By bringing awareness to these Parts, I help clients gain clarity, compassion, and confidence towards their experiences and within themselves.
I believe optimal wellness is a human right and strive to include a social justice mindset to everything I do, whether it be in the counselor's chair or in the community. I hope to be your counselor-advocate, helping you navigate your journey to optimal wellness.
