I specialize in working with individuals around life transitions, grief, identity, generational trauma, anxiety, and depression. I acknowledge that humans have multiple intersectional identities and belong to many systems that may impact their therapeutic exploration. I hope to bring authenticity, transparency, and compassion to each session.
I use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy. I integrate holistic modalities in therapy to consider healing within the mind, body, and soul. Above all, I cater to what is best suited for each individual.
