I offer an empathetic, affirming space where you can feel genuinely seen as you work through life's most difficult challenges — whether that's trauma, substance use, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, grief, or patterns in relationships that keep you feeling stuck. I believe meaningful change begins when you feel respected and understood, and that real growth comes from building insight into your own experiences and developing strategies that actually fit your life.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
