My ideal clients are adults who are ready to move through complex life challenges and create meaningful change. They often come to me struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship challenges, grief, codependent patterns, or concerns about their self-worth and identity. What I value about my work is creating a therapeutic environment where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and affirmed for who you are. I'm passionate about providing affirming care that honors all identities and backgrounds.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield, United and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
