Thinking (and Talking) About Drinking
This is an interpersonal, ongoing group for people who are interested in harm reduction, controlled alcohol use, moderation or abstinence. Connect with others and address core issues such as loneliness, anxiety, grief, perfectionism, as well as drinking behavior. Some psychoeducation . Minimum commitment 6-8 weeks $45/session. Initial consult $150 (adjustments possible.)
Creative Young Adults Group
Creatively dealing with existential concerns in a chaotic world. For 20s and 30-"somethings." experiencing pressures to achieve, relationship concerns, family of origin issues, hesitancy about going forward. Arts oriented folks will feel at home. Group y is a wonderful modality for exploring one's hopes and uncertainties, and for discovering that there are others who grapple with similar issues. We are meeting as drop in, come when you can during these stressful times. Bring your art work, music and poetry!
