I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma and attachment-related issues. With a relational lens, I use a combination of modalities to treat each client in the way that suits them best; primarily Somatic Experiencing (SE)/Somatic Interventions, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, EMDR, PIT (Healing core issues from childhood trauma and neglect), and IFS.
