My approach is influenced by psychodynamic theory and I pull tools from various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness approaches. My goal is to help you reach your goals through gaining insight and making meaning together of your history, patterns, and current stressors, as well as collaborating on ways to overcome them.
