We use CBT, Narrative, and Solution Focused models to help clients gain insight into the origins of their distress, discover an alternative way of seeing themselves, and take strategic steps to engage in healthier behaviors, feelings, thoughts, and interactions. We serve ages 12+ We offer individual, couple, and family therapy.
