Welcome! Riverside provides a peaceful, empowering space for those suffering the difficult symptoms of PTSD and trauma-based life difficulties.
Therapy works to gently resolve complicating pain, grief and isolation related to complex childhood trauma and life-disrupting events.
I have advanced training through The International Society of Trauma and Dissociation, a leading organization in research and development of trauma treatment, to provide excellent services addressing complex symptoms of trauma that complicate healing.
My focus includes complex PTSD (multiple traumas), dissociative disorders, and treatment-resistant trauma-based disorders. My practice often serves those who experience life-limiting symptoms of trauma and PTSD, including vocational issues, difficulty with sexual and relational functioning, interpersonal anxiety, avoidance and executive dysfunction.

Groups
Healing From Trauma Adult’s Therapeutic Group
Welcome! Starting February 13, 2026, this group provides a gentle, empowering space for those with trauma to have healing experiences as they are navigating their therapy journey. This eight-week group focuses on emotional regulation, interpersonal safety, boundaries, anxiety and healthy attachment. Members learn to gently bring awareness to and work through interpersonal anxieties and emotional dysregulation in a supportive environment. Our facilitators specialize in trauma, with training in EMDR and through the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. Most insurances accepted.
