Greetings! I am Dr. Andrea Hayes, a mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, and proud military spouse and I am here for you. We all need someone to listen and make us feel as though we are not alone. I am here to help you feel strengthened and comforted knowing that you have what it takes to conqueror any challenge that may come your way. I am a proud military spouse and a former educator who is committed to giving back to my community. My passion for youth, the military community, and encouraging others is the driving force behind my desire to continue to advance in the mental health field and provide the best service possible.
My training in substance use, trauma, CBT strategies, can help my clients develop an appreciation for the innate strength they have to overcome any challenges they may face. I leverage the training that I have received to not only help my clients but use the knowledge as a driving force to continuously learn and improve my skills.
We all experience difficult times in our lives, but we don't have to go through them alone. Empathy is essential to the development of a strong relationship between the client and therapist. I strive to connect with my clients and work hard to understand their point of view.
