I developed a unique way to deliver my couples'/marriage counseling. For me, weekly sessions are a modality of the past. I offer marathon sessions where there is a minimum of 2 hours & max of 6 hours; but you only pay for hours that you use. I refer to my marriage/couples/relationship counseling as "My Marriage Marathon", "My Marathon For Committed Couples Not Bound By Marriage" & for engaged couples who have set a date, I offer "My "Premarital Marathon". "My Marathon for Couples"
All family members can attend a family session. Couples/Marriage counseling is also offered. A free phone consultation can be had by potential couples. I offer "My Marriage Marathon" and "My Marathon for Committed Couples Not yet Married." No insurance covers couples/marriage counseling & it is an out of pocket expense. When I work with couples, we all meet together in my office where the couple seeking relationship/marriage/couples therapy is seated across from me in "a love seat" that hangs right over the Henry Hudson River. Immediately the couple is soothed and empowered by the water view which is breathtakin!. My goal for almost all my couples is to have them learn skills and techniques so that they can begin communicating in a way that will help them reinvent their relationship when they leave my office. I want my couples leaving with hope.
