Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is my approach. I combine ACT, DBT, CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and strengths-based care to meet your unique needs. Sessions may also include art, movement, time outdoors, or your own interests—because healing looks different for everyone.
