I help them increase their self-awareness and find a more authentic center, which creates confidence in making better choices in their lives. My approach is client-centered, and I utilized a variety of techniques including cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies.
We offer therapy to clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, relationship problems, parenting problems, and gender issues. We also provide assessment services for children, teens and adults with a wide range of difficulties, including ADHD, Autism, Gender Dysphoria, and other problems.
