Life is messy. At River Rock Behavioral Health, we understand that change is slow and effortful; if your problems were easily solved, you wouldn’t be talking to us about them. Whether you are stalled out in your career, overwhelmed by life transitions, or struggling in your relationships, you are not alone. If you are interested in managing anxiety, spending more time on what’s important to you, or clarifying where you are going in your life, we can help.
We are a small group of St. Louis therapists who provide individual therapy to folks 14 to 90+ in person and online. Our approach is warm and non-judgmental, and we use self-compassion, mindfulness, and other evidence-based approaches to treatment. We explicitly hold and practice multicultural, feminist, and inclusive values in our therapy work.
It's not easy to reach out, but life doesn't have to be so hard. Call today. Our office manager is really nice, and she'll connect you with a therapist who is a good fit for you. (Did we mention we take insurance?)
