Your journey has been unique. As your therapist, I'm here to walk alongside you as we explore your experiences, identity, and beliefs together. Here, you'll find a place of safety, created to support your healing and growth, where you can feel truly heard and accepted. With nearly 15 years of experience in the field, I'm here to help you claim your power and build the peaceful and fulfilling life you deserve. I offer affirming support for the LGBTQIA2S+ community, neurodivergent individuals, those processing complex trauma and abuse, chronic disability, depression, suicidality, or self-harm, personality disorders, and life events.
Are you navigating: Autism/ADHD/Neurodivergence? Identity or relationships (LGBTQIA2S+, polyam, kink)? Trauma, depression, grief or loss? Chronic conditions or disability? Life as an Academic, or as a gifted/formerly gifted person?
My focus is on helping you discover authentic ways of being while providing caring, growth-oriented therapy.
I draw from various therapeutic practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness and Nervous System Regulation, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic approaches. Each person's path is unique, and we'll collaborate to find what works best for you. Reach out to schedule an appointment.
