Hello! I'm Sarah Ingerson, DNP, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years experience in medication management for mental health. Rivendell Clinic was started in 2023 for teens and adults from 14-64 in Provo, Utah with depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, and bipolar disorder.
Rivendell Clinic's focus is on mental wellness. Taking time to understand your symptoms and create a plan. A integrative approach plan with traditional psychiatric medications, alternative treatments, and safe transitioning off and/or onto medications. Appointments are available Monday, Tuesday evenings and Friday afternoons. Most major insurances accepted.
Our is to help do our part to improve mental wellness and prevent suicide by helping individual patients get back to enjoying life.
